성수는 오랫동안 식생이 거의 사라진 준공업지역이었으나, 오늘날 보차혼용의 혼란스러운 환경 속에서 팝업 명소로 변모했다. 청사원은 이곳에 없던 ‘초록’을 심어 사람들에게 쉼과 사유의 틈을 선사한다. 방문자는 식물과의 만남을 통해 사유를 품고, 그 여운을 일상 속에 스며내어 주변으로 번지게 한다. 이러한 경험은 작은 파동처럼 이어져, 초록과 더불어 사는 삶으로 확장된다.
Seongsu had long been an industrial district with little vegetation, but today it has transformed into a pop-up hotspot amid a chaotic environment where pedestrians and vehicles share the streets. Cheongsa-won plants the “green” that once did not exist here, offering people moments of rest and reflection. Visitors, through encounters with plants, embrace contemplation and carry its lingering resonance into their daily lives, allowing it to spread to those around them. This experience continues like a gentle ripple, expanding toward a life lived in harmony with greenery.

이 식물원은 프로그램과 동선을 따라 사유의 여정을 이끈다. 마치 단테가 지옥 속 인물들을 만나 그들의 이야기를 품었듯, 방문자는 ‘초록’과의 만남을 통해 얻은 사유를 삶 속에 스며내어 주변에 파문처럼 번지게 한다.
This botanical garden guides visitors on a journey of contemplation through its programs and pathways. Just as Dante encountered souls in the Inferno and carried their stories within him, visitors meet the “greens,” carrying the reflections they inspire into their lives, letting them ripple outward like waves to those around them.
